Terms of Service1. Pricing:For projects priced up to $35, I require full payment before starting the work.For projects priced $35 and above, I require a 50% upfront payment before starting the work. The remaining 50% will be requested upon completion.I use the Ko-fi platform and Paypal for payments. Therefore, due to Ko-fi and local bank fees, an additional 5€ will be added to the total fee. There is no fee for Paypal but make sure the amount paid is of equal value.2. Drawing Process:Based on the provided brief, I will prepare one or several sketches. If we reach an agreement, the terms mentioned in the Pricing section will apply. If no agreement is reached, I may charge a sketch fee based on the time spent. This fee will be communicated to the client before the project begins.You have the right to provide 3-5 rounds of feedback during the drawing process. If you require more feedback sessions, I may charge an additional fee. This fee will be determined based on the nature of the work and communicated to the client beforehand.I will do my best to complete the drawing within the agreed timeframe. There’s no need to worry as long as I stay within this timeframe; the drawing will be delivered on time.You can contact me at any time during the drawing process. If you wish, you can also request to observe the process via voice chat.3. Payment Methods and Refund Policy:I accept payments via Paypal, IBAN (with Swift Code) and Ko-fi platform. According to the terms mentioned above. For payments made via Ko-fi, an additional 5€ will be charged.If you cancel the project after I have started working on it, no refunds will be given, considering the time and effort already invested.If the drawing cannot be completed within the specified timeframe or remains unfinished due to an issue on my part, I will issue a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.4. Confidentiality and Copyright:Confidentiality: All information provided by the client will be kept confidential. This information will not be shared with third parties during or after the project.Copyright: The copyright of the completed drawing will be transferred to the client once the full payment has been made. However, I reserve the right to use the artwork as a reference in my portfolio. If the client wishes to restrict this right, it must be clearly stated before the project begins.5. Additional Terms:Revisions: Minor revision requests on the final delivered drawing will be made at no extra cost. However, major revision requests will be subject to additional charges.Project Cancellation: If the project is canceled for any reason, it will be mutually agreed upon.
